Upon entering the apartment, you step directly into the living room, which is very bright thanks to the balconies with privileged views of the Alhambra and the city of Granada. The living room features a seating area with a sofa, armchair, and television. There is also a dining area with a table for four. Moving on to the bedroom, it offers a double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), an armchair, a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony with views, adding a special charm to the space. Finally, there is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
This apartment is located in the heart of the Albaicín neighborhood, the oldest quarter of Granada. Positioned opposite the hill of the Alhambra, on the San Cristóbal hill, it is surrounded by Sacromonte, the Elvira street, and the Darro River. This neighborhood is a perfect place to relax, explore the narrow streets, discover viewpoints, and indulge in the city’s typical gastronomy.
Granada, and particularly the neighborhoods of Sacromonte and Albaicín, are the heart and cradle of Flamenco. The Carmen de las Cuevas Flamenco Studio is located precisely between these two districts.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living room with a dining area to your right. It is a spacious area with a sofa bed (1.35m), a 44-inch smart TV, and a dining area for four people. The living room is very bright thanks to a balcony overlooking Calle Nevot, a very quiet street. The open kitchen connected to the living room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Right next to the living room is the bedroom, very spacious with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90m). Next to the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The building features underfloor heating in all rooms, making your stay undoubtedly more comfortable.
The building has private parking available at a cost of €12/night, exclusively for customers, subject to availability and with prior reservation. Additionally, there is a shared laundry area, free of charge for guests.
The area of the apartment, right next to Plaza Campo del Príncipe, is one of the most emblematic and charming areas of Granada, located in the old Jewish quarter of the city known as El Realejo.
