Cádiz, a charming city on the southwest coast of Spain, is an outstanding flamenco travel destination that captivates lovers of this fascinating art form. Situated on a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay of Cádiz, the city exudes a unique blend of history, culture, and vibrant atmosphere. The flamenco tradition, the tablaos, and the gastronomy make the city a unique place that promises unforgettable experiences.

Flamencoreisen offers week-long cultural dance trips to Cádiz for groups of 6 to 10 people. You will experience an intensive 5-day flamenco course with the esteemed dancer Ana González. We will learn Andalusian cuisine from our master chef and visit authentic tablaos. The Cathedral of Cádiz, the Torre Tavira, the Castillo de San Sebastián, and the Castillo de Santa Catalina will fascinate us with their history and grandeur. You will be accompanied throughout the trip by Rosa and Cay.

Our luxurious accommodation will be at the Boutique Hotel La Casa del Cónsul in the center of Cádiz (in the heart of the old town), where we will feel the authentic Andalusian spirit up close. Accommodation includes half board with our master chef, who will spoil us with typical Andalusian dishes. In small daily lessons, she will introduce us to the ingredients and tricks of Andalusian cuisine.

Our flamenco courses offer a unique opportunity to learn the traditional flamenco steps and deepen your passion for this expressive dance. From flamenco dresses to the appropriate flamenco shoes, we ensure that you feel stylish and authentic at every stage of your flamenco adventure. Enjoy not only the dancing but also the magic of Andalusia on our flamenco trips. Enjoy the fantastic city beaches (such as Playa de la Caleta: this picturesque cove is one of the most famous beaches in Cádiz. Surrounded by historical buildings and with clear waters, it offers an idyllic setting for a relaxed day at the beach) in Cádiz and immerse yourself in the fascinating history, breathtaking architecture, and vibrant atmosphere of this unique city.

The uniqueness and singularity of our flamenco trips lie in the combination of learning and shared experiences, detailed organization, and exceptional customer service.

Hotel Boutique La Casa del Cónsul

In the Boutique Hotel La Casa del Cónsul, we have respected the original structure of the 18th-century house, creating 2 spacious studios and 4 large one-bedroom apartments with high ceilings on the first and second floors of our house, all with private bathrooms and hot/cold air conditioning.

We have lovingly restored all the original features, such as the antique floors and shutters, selecting eclectic contemporary furniture and decorations to make each apartment different and unique while offering a cozy balance between the original splendor and modern comforts.

In our hotel, all apartments are completely isolated from heat/cold and external noise. Every detail of our hotel is designed to make your stay cozy. All the services we offer reflect experiences lived on our trips or points we have desired. Feeling comfortable when traveling is very important to us, so we decided to offer these amenities to our guests.

Plans: As adopted Gaditanos and lovers of this city, we will be happy to advise you on all the places we like to visit and help you make reservations at the restaurants of your choice.

Enjoy the luxury of your bed while taking advantage of our high-speed Wi-Fi connection, available in each apartment and in the common areas.

Bar: Don’t miss the opportunity to relax in our bar while enjoying a drink and music in the perfect atmosphere to unwind. We have two common areas for drinks, one indoors on the ground floor of the hotel and one on the rooftop, where the pool jacuzzi is located.
